Mechanical Design Engineer, 3D Packaging

We are seeking an NVH / Insulation Release Engineer to join our automotive engineering team.
This role is responsible for the design, release, and validation of NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) components, ensuring system performance meets vehicle requirements.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers while supporting vehicle development, validation, and launch activities.
Requirements:
~ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
~1+ years of experience in automotive design and release
~ Experience with NVH, insulation, plastic, or trim components
~ Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, and validation processes
~ Strong communication and teamwork skills
~ Experience with NX and Teamcenter
Key Responsibilities
Design and release NVH components (seals, silencers, body plugs, tunnels, panels, etc.)
Ensure NVH systems meet vehicle performance targets
Plan and execute validation and testing activities
