Meat Supervisor – Edmonton, AB
The Grocery People (TGP) is hiring a Meat Supervisor on a permanent basis at our location in Edmonton, AB. You will be responsible for promoting the TGP brand (Fresh, Local, and Personal), and assisting in the development, planning and execution of key business goals as set out in the annual budget.
What you’ll do
- Organize, coordinate, and direct the operations of the meat, seafood and deli departments.
- Review sales, margins, expenses, and develop action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Develop work schedules for team members to ensure all work is completed and wage cost targets are maintained and enter the data into our portal.
- Ensure a safe working environment and that safety policies are followed and core safety deliverables are met.
