Job Description
Responsibilities
Identify, collect, enter and analyze master and reference data in the relevant tools and ensure they are up to date
Maintain data documentation in the appropriate tools to maximize data usage
Ensure the sound management and quality of the data under your responsibility
Proactively validate data accuracy and facilitate corrective actions by using your analytical skills and knowledge of business areas to troubleshoot and resolve problems
Research, analyze and investigate data from various authoritative sources to confirm data quality and detect problematic cases
Help continually improve processes for managing member/client data and data quality
Implement practices and mechanisms to ensure compliance with the governance documents that apply to data
Prioritize user requests, follow up and complete them
Propose validation methods for large datasets
