Teach HIST 211: American History to 1865 at McGill University as a part-time Course Lecturer. This role invites skilled historians to lead in-person classes this fall.
The Department of History and Classical Studies at McGill University is looking for applicants to fill the Course Lecturer position for HIST 211 scheduled for fall 2026. Candidates are expected to have a PhD or ABD in US history, ideally with specialization in colonial or pre-Civil War studies. Experience in teaching university-level courses, especially large lectures, is beneficial.
