Position Overview

Sony Imageworks Vancouver is seeking Matte Painters!

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the feature animation production Workplace Supervisor or Matte Painting Lead, create digital matte paintings that meet creative direction using live action elements, still photography, concept art, rendered CG elements and digital painted elements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Maya and Nuke is required.
• Knowledge of other tools such as Katana, Mari, Houdini, Speedtree or Linux is a plus.
