**Job Objective**
To lead and optimize the functions of planning, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and materials logistics, ensuring the timely supply of raw materials and components to maintain production operations under quality, cost, and time standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure material availability at the lowest total cost.
- Oversee purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and inventory control departments.
- Coordinate with production and planning to ensure continuous material flow.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
- Negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms.
- Ensure compliance with import/export policies (IMMEX) and customs regulations.
