Materials Control Supervisor

**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
- Assures the Supply and the adequate flow of material to comply with the Customer's Requirements.
- Supervises the Materials Control Staff and assigns tasks to ensure a continuous workflow.
- Supervises the different Warehouses and Controls the Flow of Materials and Finished Goods Schedules Deliveries based on Production Forecasts, Market Conditions, Material Substitutions, Production Line as well as Storage and Handling Capacities.
- Audits Material Lists for compliance to the Company's Standard Practices in regards to the use of Parts and Materials.
- Prepares and/or Authorizes timely Requisitions to the Purchasing Department for Raw Materials and Parts.
Expedites Purchases that are delayed or in Response to Changes in the Production Plan.
- Develops, Modifies and Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Appraises the Performance of Subordinates and Recommends the appropriate Development Plans.
