1) Managing & growing current categories of the Brand.
2) Map the existing products in geographies & work out region wise schemes / activations for growth
3) Studying and identifying the new categories suitable for extending the Brand
4) Identifying new Product opportunities for launches in line with growth plans for the Brand.
5) Setting the Product Mix plan for the new products.
6) Plan for Growth of each Product and the Brands Norms and Benchmarks for Market Coverage and Presence; Reach and Efficiency.
7) Development & Management of all ATL and BTL programs / communications
8) Conduct the necessary Market Research activities to gain feedbacks.
9) Competitor analysis.
