Marketing Intern - Rider Growth (They, She, He)

We are looking for an intern who is hungry to learn beyond running ads — someone who wants to understand the full marketing mix, get their hands dirty across channels, and bring a fresh, curious eye to everything we do. Your mission is to help us attract and engage the best riders through impactful campaigns and seamless local marketing support.

• Performance Marketing Ownership: Take an active role in managing paid campaigns aimed at rider acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. You will help set up campaigns, upload creatives, monitor performance, and flag optimizations — owning the day-to-day of our rider paid channels.

• Local Marketing Support: Collaborate with local teams across markets to help execute ground-level marketing activities. From supporting local activations to adapting global materials for regional needs, you will be a key bridge between central strategy and market execution.
