Salary for the candidate

Salary range: 69,200 - 84,600 (based on 35‑hour workweek). Salary will be determined taking into consideration experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location, etc.

About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Consultant to join BrokerLink and work out of our Calgary office on a 12‑month contract (secondment for internal applicants).

What You'll Do Here

• Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns supporting BrokerLink’s overall business strategy while ensuring brand compliance.
• Collaborate with other corporate departments to facilitate the onboarding of acquisitions.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and generate tactics for new sales or retention.
• Assess project needs, develop and implement marketing and communication strategies and plans, manage execution, and measure success.
