The Manufacturing Technical Support Specialist is a key member of the Production Support Team, providing hands‑on technical support directly on the manufacturing shop floor. This role is responsible for maintaining stable and efficient line operations by working alongside SMT Operators, proactively monitoring performance, and responding to issues in real time. It requires a high level of independence, strong problem‑solving capabilities, and a clear understanding of the operational and business impact of decisions.
