Take the lead in manufacturing as a Production Supervisor at Canam Group. Manage operations, enforce safety protocols, and meet production objectives effectively.
In your role, you will supervise the production team, ensuring that safety and quality standards are rigorously followed. Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce health and safety practices and policies
• Coordinate and supervise production activities
• Develop and refine manufacturing work instructions
• Lead Kaizen workshops and Lean initiatives
• Conduct health and safety inspections and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing
• 5 years supervisory experience in a unionized setting
• CWB Welding Supervisor certification is a plus
