Job objective:This position will have responsibility for several Operations Teams within the Operations function ensuring compliance with all company standards and procedures. This position will report to the Senior Operations Director and is expected to play a key role as a member of the Coca-Cola Ballina Wider Management Team. Key Responsibilities:Direct and lead a team of Shift Managers to consistently deliver results in line with or better than Business Plan commitments.Lead engagement planning, people capability and people initiatives for all areas of responsibility.Actively manage budget control for all areas of responsibility.In conjunction with Project Engineering, identify scope and prepare capital request submissions and manage change control process for all areas of responsibility.Drive, manage and embed operational excellence and a continuous improvement culture within the team to deliver improvements through lean principles and systems.Deliver improvements on key KPI's.Coo...
