Manufacturing Process Engineer - eBike Drive Systems

Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer supporting eBike Drive Systems, you will advise and assist our clients with end-to-end manufacturing process development, line bring-up, fixture validation, and production readiness for next-generation electric motor products. You will bridge the gap between our client's hardware engineering teams and the global supply base, ensuring that advanced eBike drive systems meet rigorous targets for cost, quality, and delivery. You will serve as the technical leader on the factory floor, playing a key role in improving production yield, assembly quality, cycle time, and long-term manufacturing stability.
