Manufacturing Operations Lead: Safety, Quality & Efficiency

Vertiv in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, service, cost productivity, and morale in the production department. You'll coordinate production activities, enforce safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least five years of experience in manufacturing. Bilingual skills (English-Spanish) are preferred. This position requires strong leadership and effective communication skills.
