As Wiring Final Assembly Manager, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment reporting directly to Operations Manager.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE
Manage and coordinate manufacturing functions efficiently and effectively, ensuring that quality, safety and cost are maintained at optimal levels.
Manage material, capital, and human resources, ensuring their use at the maximum established capacity.
Ensure the correct execution and fulfillment of the production plans in time and quality, maintaining the effective cost of the operation.
Coordinate continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs across assigned resources and functional areas.
Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel in charge.
