We are looking for a hands-on Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our production facility in Álvaro Obregón, CDMX. This person will be the operational backbone of the plant — ensuring that processes run smoothly, the team is organized and productive, and that quality and delivery standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise production floor staff and coordinate daily workflows
Monitor and enforce operational processes, quality standards, and safety protocols
Track and report production KPIs.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Oversee personnel schedules, attendance, and day-to-day team management
Align planning with Business Development
Ensure compliance with applicable labor & tax regulations
