Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
4 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
Position Purpose
Provides the necessary support to assure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards and, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.
Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise actions that increase productivity, improve processes and coordinate projects with different groups.
Responsible for RCA to solve problems.
Create work plan/BOM, red lines/WOAs and work routines.
Give feedback to the First Article System.
