Responsibilities
Design and implement tooling, equipment, and process improvements to support lean manufacturing initiatives and enhance production efficiency.
Drive product and manufacturing improvements by evaluating and implementing feedback from clients and production teams.
Develop and execute verification and validation (V&V) plans to ensure product quality and performance.
Create project-specific manufacturing drawings and assemblies using CAD software.
