Job Description
Drive talent acquisition and total rewards at Mackenzie Health as the Manager, Talent & Total Rewards. This strategic role is focused on aligning recruitment initiatives with competitive total rewards offerings to ensure optimal employee engagement.
You will lead workforce planning efforts, improve recruitment processes using iCIMS, and administer compensation and benefits programs. With a data-driven approach, you’ll inform leadership decisions and enhance employer branding to attract diverse talent to healthcare initiatives.
