Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Manager and Team Lead, Client Onboarding & Service you will be accountable for providing leadership and guidance to analysts to enable delivery of seamless value-added solutions, ongoing client support and onboarding. You will lead a regional pool of analysts, act as extensions of the relationship team to provide solutions and ongoing support on client inquiries, ensure clients experience professional onboarding, maintain effective relationship management, and maximize cash‑management revenue in Canada. You will interact with clients to provide service, give advice, assist with escalations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. You will set an example for the direct reports and the broader group, demonstrating strong relationship and client values.
