What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership to the central Talent Acquisition team, including setting priorities, supporting development, and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Lead and evolve the University’s talent acquisition framework, standards, and tools to support effective recruitment across Faculties and administrative units within a decentralized recruitment model
• Provide strategic advice and consultative support to hiring managers, search committees, and senior leaders on recruitment planning, market conditions, and complex hiring matters
• Promote inclusive, equitable, and accessible hiring practices that align with legislation, collective agreements, and institutional commitments
