Manager, Sales Door-to-Door (D2D)

What Is the Opportunity?

Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. (ATSI) delivers telecommunications infrastructure and services across residential, commercial, and institutional markets. ATSI is expanding into door‑to‑door (D2D) consumer sales and is seeking a Manager, D2D Sales to launch, scale, and optimise this new business line. The role is accountable for program‑level D2D sales performance across multiple field sales teams, with a deliberate emphasis on high‑value, multi‑product sales delivered consistently and with strong quality outcomes.

The position does not carry a personal sales quota and does not directly manage individual sales representatives. It provides indirect leadership and governance across multiple sales teams. This is a new role supporting a new line of business. Location: Open to Aecon offices across the GTA and surrounding regions. A company vehicle will be provided to support travel throughout the region.
