The Tax Professional - Medium/Small Firms Sales Development Team Manager leads a team of Sales Development reps (SDRs) who are tasked with providing warm lead opportunities to Reps on the Tax and Content Pursuit Teams within the New Sales org.
**About the Role**
In this opportunity as a **Manager, Sales Development**,** you will:
- Responsible for attaining assigned lead targets.
- Provides weekly update to New Sales Lead and ensures that team is performing through weekly individual rep reviews.
- Performance manages the team for increased results.
