Manager, Retail and On‑site Experience responsible for ensuring exceptional service and elevated guest experience at Woodbine Racetrack and Woodbine Mohawk Park. This hands‑on role participates in leadership decision‑making, collaboration, and goal setting with cross‑departmental managers and directors. Key Accountabilities
