Duties
The Manager, Provincial Offences Court provides leadership and operational oversight for frontline clerical and data entry staff to ensure efficient, accurate court operations. The role coordinates staffing, scheduling, and workflow while ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and judicial directives. The Manager supports training, resource allocation, and continuous improvement to adapt to operational and legislative changes, and maintains collaborative relationships with the judiciary, justice partners, and the public to support timely access to justice.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience managing staff in high-volume, fast-paced administrative or court environments.
