Responsibilities
- Manage assigned program tasks within budget and schedule; track progress to milestones.
- Prioritize, plan and distribute work to team members.
- Coordinate workload with other product definition groups in Canada and Poland as needed.
- Review and approve engineering change documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance and ensure appropriate subject matter expertise is consulted to solve design or quality problems.
- Evaluate team and individual performance.
- Support recruiting, hiring activities and development of team members.
- Participate in or lead improvement initiatives within the product definition organization.
