Manager - Plastic recycling

Job Purpose

·         Recycling operations: Oversee on-ground recycling operations at CIPET and partner facilities. This includes streamlining feedstock sourcing, monitoring operational KPIs, identifying process bottlenecks, ensuring timely procurement of packaging materials, and managing end-to-end logistics and critical success factors.

·         Strategic sourcing: Managing a dedicated portfolio within the Plastics Department, focused on the high-volume streams of PP, HDPE, and Milk Pouches . Responsibilities encompass the entire operational lifecycle—from raw material procurement and customer engagement to rigorous quality control and the optimization of dispatch timelines
