What is the opportunity?
A member of Sales Enablement, Manager Proactive Advice Culture (PAC) and Client Advice Experience (CAE) is a PAC Ambassador and Champion, responsible for the delivery and development of PAC and CAE content through onboarding, skill builds, as well as through certification and development program content curation, presentation materials, and enhanced skills training for Insurance Professionals and Leaders across RBCI as well as for external clients throughout the Insurance Industry.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and deliver training solutions: Create content for onboarding and ongoing training programs, ensure accuracy through stakeholder collaboration, facilitate PAC training (in-person/virtual), and leverage deep expertise in S&D roles within proprietary and non-proprietary distribution channels to tailor effective learning experiences
