POSITION SUMMARY:

AAnishinaabe Abinoojii Family Services (AAFS) is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager of Support Services to provide leadership and operational oversight for key support service functions within the Agency.

Reporting to the Director of Services, the Manager of Support Services oversees the Staff Training Coordinator, Privacy Officer, Education Liaison Worker, and Legal Services Coordinator to ensure support services are coordinated, accountable, culturally appropriate, and aligned with applicable legislation, Agency policies, and service standards. The successful candidate will support cross-departmental collaboration and strengthen internal systems that contribute to high-quality child welfare services and positive outcomes for children, youth, and families.
