Manager of Supply Assurance

Position Summary The Manager of Supply Assurance is responsible for ensuring continuity, resilience, and reliability of supply across the end‑to‑end supply chain. This role proactively identifies supply risks, develops mitigation strategies, and works cross‑functionally with Procurement, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to protect customer service and business performance. The position plays a critical role in managing constraints, supplier performance, and disruption response.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Own and execute the Supply Assurance strategy to ensure uninterrupted supply in support of customer demand, production plans, and business priorities.

Identify, assess, and mitigate supply risks related to suppliers, materials, capacity, quality, logistics, and geopolitical or macroeconomic factors.
