As the Operations Manager, you will direct a diverse team within a mission-critical environment. Your role will include everything from establishing operational standards to resolving complex issues, all while ensuring network efficiency. Engaging with other departments, you will spearhead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define standards and best practices for operations
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplined team
• Collaborate with teams on project objectives
• Track program progress, identifying and managing risks
• Conduct audits of services to ensure quality
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Telecom
• Strong leadership capabilities with customer focus
