Manager, Mental Health and Wellness

Who we need

Reporting to the Director, Student Services, we are hiring a Manager, Mental Health and Wellness. This is a newly created leadership role, joining our national team, responsible for building and overseeing mental health and wellness services that support student well‑being and academic success. You will balance establishing foundational policies, programs, and processes with clinical oversight, case management guidance, and team leadership.

Leading a small team of wellness professionals, you will ensure students have access to high‑quality, inclusive, wellness and trauma‑informed mental health supports. You will guide the delivery of counselling and case management services while also advancing wellness promotion, prevention initiatives, outreach, and campus partnerships that strengthen the overall student experience.
