Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is one of the world's largest quick‑service restaurant companies and is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to support the Moncton, New Brunswick area. The Manager reports to the Area Franchise Lead and serves as a key partner and consultant for restaurants, reviewing and analyzing operating, financial, and business information to improve results and ensure compliance with RBI standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a business consultant and coach to Owners and Managers on all aspects of their restaurants (business and financial results, effective operations, team member engagement, guest satisfaction and loyalty).
