The Opportunity
Following the recent merger that formed RFA Financial, we’re building something larger, more complex, and full of opportunity. With an expanded platform that spans banking, mortgage origination, and real estate, and a growing footprint that extends beyond Canada, we are strengthening our financial reporting function to support a more sophisticated, multi-entity environment.
To support this next phase of growth, we’ve created a new Manager - Financial Reporting role reporting into the Winnipeg headquarters. Reporting to the Vice‑President - Financial Reporting, this position will play a key role within our corporate reporting function, working across business lines and legal entities to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financials.
What You Will Do

- Prepare and oversee quarterly and annual financial statements, including supporting lead sheets and workbooks.
