General Description:
The Finance Manager for Mexico will serve as a key finance business partner to the Mexico General Manager and functional leads, with responsibility for overseeing all core finance operations including Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Pay (R2P) processes.
The role will also coordinate closely with the Accounting team and manage external and internal stakeholders for payroll, accounting, tax etc., ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and company financial control policies.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting, driving process improvements, and supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.
