Manager, Finance Business Partner (LAC Services)
Role
- Manage aspects of financial and budgeting related needs and requirements for country, product and business unit for the Latin America & Caribbean Region.
- Partner with regions, business units, business partners and/or corporate to assist in developing, analyzing and validating new business opportunities.
- Assist with strategy and process improvements to ensure alignment with market objectives; proactively identify ways to improve processes and execute agreed‑upon improvements.
All About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business Administration (MBA preferred) with previous finance experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Previous FP&A experience is required.
