Job Description
Lead governance and evaluation for high-risk IT changes as the Manager of the Enterprise CAB in a hybrid environment located in either Quebec or Montreal. Drive the change enablement process while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
As a key player in change management, you will oversee weekly Enterprise CAB meetings and assess high-risk changes for compliance and IT impact. Your leadership will facilitate critical discussions and decision-making, ensuring effective change practices aligned with ITSM maturity objectives. Collaboration with sector CAB managers and technical stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.
