Job Title: Manager, Enterprise CAB Overview
Responsible for governance, evaluation, and authorization of moderate- to high-risk IT changes within the change enablement practice. Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate weekly Enterprise CAB and TAB meetings. Assess the quality, consistency, and rationale of high-risk changes submitted by sector CABs. Approve or reject changes based on compliance, risk, and IT impact criteria. Refocus discussions, manage disagreements, and lead difficult conversations with confidence. Collaborate closely with sector CAB managers, technical experts (TAB), change coordinators, and business stakeholders. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of change enablement practices, aligned with ITSM maturity objectives. Support implementation of monitoring, reporting, and dashboard mechanisms for process transparency and performance. Manage operational parameters of change enablement practices within the ITSM tool (ServiceNow), including c...
