Manager, Enterprise CAB

In this role, you will be responsible for the governance, evaluation, and authorization of moderate- to high-risk IT changes as part of an enterprise change advisory board. You will operate within a transformation environment and help strengthen our change enablement processes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate weekly Enterprise CAB and TAB meetings, fostering a collaborative, disciplined, and decision-oriented environment.
• Assess the quality, consistency, and rationale of high-risk changes submitted by sector CABs.
• Approve or reject changes based on compliance, risk, and IT impact criteria.
• Refocus discussions as needed, manage disagreements, and lead difficult conversations with confidence and diplomacy.
• Collaborate closely with sector CAB managers, technical experts (TAB), change coordinators, and business stakeholders.
