Manager, Distribution Partnerships

Job Description The Manager, Distribution Partnerships for Brazil will support the growth and optimization of Universal+’s distribution footprint across both traditional and non-traditional partners in the Brazilian market. This role is responsible for managing and expanding partnerships across Pay TV operators, telecom providers, OTT platforms, connected devices, as well as retail, financial institutions, credit card companies, fintech platforms, and other emerging distribution ecosystems. The Manager will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Affiliate Sales, Ad Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to execute commercial agreements, drive subscriber acquisition and retention, and optimize monetization strategies in Brazil. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, digital ecosystem knowledge, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage complex partner relationships.
