Job Description
Become the Manager of Compliance Tier 1 at IGM Financial, with locations in Winnipeg, Toronto, and Montreal. Supervise compliance processes while ensuring adherence to investment regulatory standards and support for registrants.
This position calls for an experienced compliance professional to manage Tier 1 activities, including account supervision and compliance training. You will help registrants navigate complex regulatory environments and engage in internal and external compliance audits. The focus is on collaboration and effective communication within a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily trading and client service compliance
• Assist in resolving compliance issues for IG registrants
• Oversee and manage regulatory training and supervision
• Develop and coordinate compliance-related training programs
• Engage in audits and compliance assessments of processes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in a compliance role necessary
