Assurance Manager — Prince George, BC (office location). Alternate location may be considered. This role is posted as Req #10978.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
• Leading coaching and performance management for direct reports, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Participating in the recruitment process (candidate interviews, assessment, and selection decisions)
• Planning, leading and executing client engagements under varying reporting frameworks across industries; ensuring client needs and expectations are understood and service is delivered
