Job Description
In this role, you will play a key part in the day‑to‑day review of individual claims and the investigation of suspicious activities. You will also support governance and documentation within the BAU operating model, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will own and maintain SOPs, manuals, and related documentation to support operational excellence.

+ Assess and review escalated and suspicious Individual claims of various claim types.
+ Revamp and update SOPs for PA, Group and Individual Claims teams to ensure alignment with the latest SOP guidelines from Regional Office.
+ Maintain the compliance-related claims manual to keep guidelines aligned with the latest requirements.
+ Support team leads by joining meetings of cross-functional initiatives with BA/IT for prioritization, requirement gathering, and implementation tracking.
