Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BMS HIL Test Engineer with experience in Battery Management Systems, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, and automotive embedded systems. The candidate will be responsible for validating BMS functionalities using HIL platforms, developing automated test cases, and supporting ECU integration activities for EV/Hybrid vehicle applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute HIL test cases for Battery Management System (BMS) validation.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing of BMS ECUs.
- Work on HIL platforms such as d SPACE, Vector, NI, or ETAS for real-time simulation and testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink, or Automation Desk.
- Validate BMS functionalities including cell balancing, SOC, SOH, thermal management, charging, and fault diagnostics.
