Management Associate – Customer Insights, Analytics & Events Activation (July 2026 Intake)
Job Description
**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:**
Events Management
+ Partner with Sales Enablement and Client Engagement Manager and event agency partner (where relevant) to manage and support Cigna-led and sponsored events.
+ Ensure strong attendance, excellent attendee experience, and achievement of event goals, including lead generation and follow-up opportunities by the commercial team.
+ Optimize our event budget with out of box thinking and mindful spending.
Marketing and Customer Analytics and Performance Reporting
+ Work cross-functionally with business lines, including Digital Lead and APAC Insights Lead, to derive both marketing and customer data.
+ Develop narratives from the marketing and customer data to provide actionable insights to inform our future customer and marketing and client campaigns.
Customer and Industry Research and Proposition Enhancements
+ Collaborate with product and commercial teams to...
