Summary About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Training in the Office of the Chief of Staff, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Fort Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, Missouri. Responsibilities Serves as a Management Assistant for the MSCOE Directorate of Training (DOT) Operations and Support Division. Performing routine and recurring clerical duties which facilitate the conduct of more complex and detailed functions conducted by the supervisor and higher graded coworkers. Maintain database files that contain a record of each report/product prepared by the activity Track incoming staff actions, correspondence, and other communications or materials. Utilize spreadsheet software and creates, maintains ,manipulates data and calculates numerical and narrative data to provide a variety of electronically printed reports.
