We’re looking to fill an opening for a MAP Support Specialist to join our Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as daily support for Aviso’s Separately Managed Account (SMA) programs and other investment management solutions.
- Handle email and phone inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, efficient, compliant, and professional client account management.
- Process investment instructions, account set‑ups, updates, transfers, redemptions, and contributions.
- Execute discretionary trades to support redemption and contribution requests.
- Act as the primary contact for problem resolution, initiating investigations, recording details, referring to relevant departments, and conducting follow‑ups.
