Job Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Operations & Facilities, as the Maintenance Worker you are responsible for ensuring the maintenance needs of assigned properties are met in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Completing thorough daily inspections of properties, and addressing repairs or concerns in a timely manner.
• Handling tenant requests, including proper follow‑up and maintenance checklists.
• Ensuring tenants’ needs are accommodated with excellent customer service in accordance with corporate quality standards and procedures.
• Conducting maintenance related duties, using all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Overseeing and assisting external contractors on site as required.
