Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds surrounding the building, ensuring it is safe and aesthetically pleasing
• Manage and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections/checks
• Assist with moving and storage of supplies and equipment
• Report on equipment malfunctions
• Maintain and make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
• Perform other routine maintenance such as painting and drywall repair
• Contact and follow up with contractors, technicians, and service representatives when necessary
• Be available for emergency calls
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Knows basic carpentry, welding, furnace repair, and small appliance repair; familiar with safety regulations
